Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment is required upfront to secure your booking.
- 50% of the total fee is considered a non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reading will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule once without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Emergency reschedules may incur a fee.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited without a refund.
Respect & Energy Exchange
I maintain a safe and respectful space for all clients. If at any point there is disrespectful behavior or an attempt to abuse the service, I reserve the right to refuse service with or without a refund.
Chargeback Policy: By booking a reading, you agree that all sales are final. You understand that tarot readings are an energetic exchange, and refunds will not be issued after the service has been provided. Any attempt to file a chargeback after receiving a reading will be disputed with supporting evidence.
