My spiritual journey has been anything but ordinary. I grew up in a strict, high-control religious environment where practices like tarot, divination, or any form of spiritual exploration outside of doctrine were forbidden. But deep down, I always felt a pull toward something greater—something beyond the boundaries I was given.

At 18, I left home, stepping into the unknown in search of freedom. For a while, I held onto the beliefs I was raised with, but after having my sons, I began questioning everything. Research led me to see the cracks in what I once thought was truth. I explored atheism, yet something inside me longed for a deeper connection. That’s when I stumbled upon spiritual teachings outside of the Western framework—African traditions, energy work, and tarot.

Tarot followed me in the most unexpected ways. While living in housing, I met a neighbor who practiced spiritual work. One night, she showed up at my door, too intoxicated to care for her kids, asking for help. I stepped in, cooked for them, and made sure they were safe. Days later, she returned, sober and grateful, gifting me my first tarot decks. It felt like the universe was handing me a key to something I was always meant to explore.

Life wasn’t easy. I had to leave my children’s father due to an abusive situation. With no place to go I, with the help of others, made an escape plan, relocating to St. Louis with only enough to cover a hotel stay. To survive, I turned to tarot, offering readings to keep a roof over our heads. What started as survival soon became my purpose. Through tarot, I began uncovering deeper truths—not just about myself, but about the world, the cycles we repeat, and the hidden wisdom waiting to be rediscovered.

Now, I have stable and steady housing and income for my children and I. I also use tarot to help others find clarity, break free from limitations, and step into their own power—just as I had to. This isn’t just a business for me; it’s a mission. Every reading is an opportunity to share the wisdom I’ve gained, to guide others toward the answers they already hold within.
